The feast of Corpus Christi was celebrated in a grand scale with adoration, Eucharistic procession / Blessing, and a Solemn Eucharistic celebration. All the members of the parish family participated in the celebration.
The need for a bigger hall to supplement St. Mary’s Parish centre has been voiced by the parish community for some time. Finally, it has been realized in the inauguration of St. Xavier’s Community centre in the church campus. This will be used for regular meetings, catechism classes and as a dining hall during programmes. This has been made possible with the generous contribution of Mr. A.D. Xavier and others.
Sr. Ophilia, a member of the Little Flower convent in the parish, has completed her final profession and returned to the community. A felicitation function was organized on this occasion. The parish community prayed for the success of her ministry and wished her on this occasion
The Nagari mission was started by Fr. Paul Kuripilli, the then parish priest of Reniguta parish. This mission comprised of a few surrounding villages like Ekambarakuppam, Iruguvai Gundrajakuppam and a few villages in the present Tamilnadu state.
